In addition to our online workshop for project, we are providing some step-by-step photos to help make it easier for you! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask us on the night! Your course co-ordinators will advise you of the date that your online workshop is scheduled for.
We have two versions of instructions – the photos which shows a very basic method and our video guide which will show more intricate details such as knots and decorative aspects.

Method 1 - Basic construction with Photos
The first step is to cover the entire ring with a material. For this project we will be using paper raffia. Other substitutes can be used such as leather, fabric or macrame cord.
The next step is to start with your web. For this you will need to attach your twine to your steel ring, we refer to this as choosing and tying your anchor points to the ring.
