What is better than begin creative? Having something to snack on WHILE you are creative! Our cafe serves light meals, freshly made in the premises!
Being avid coffee drinkers ourselves, we sampled a range of coffees to find the best beans. We proudly serve Karvan Coffee, a local roaster right here in WA! Lookout for the special shortbread we serve with all our hot drinks – we know you will love it too!
We also stock a range or Art supplies and materials in store now. Mont Marte, Winsor & Newton, Reeves and Derwent is some of our ranges available.

Playground
Formerly known as “The Playground”, this small indoor playground space have now become the new home of Mug ‘n Brush. We are in the process of merging our creative business with the playground, and hope to provide a new and unique experience to all our visitors. It’s still the same family owned business, with the same warm, friendly and smiling faces that you have come to known at our previous location, just with a playground now (and some EPIC birthday party packages!)
Our play structure will keep your little ones ( 0 – 12 years) moving and entertained while you can take some time out and enjoy a cuppa (or painting) in peace.
Our big structure is suitable for bigger kids, and we have 2 special areas just for the young ones!
0- 2 years – Brand new in 2021 – and one section for ages 3 years to 4 years .

Our Creative side
Our space is a working studio where you will always see a creative project underway!
A large part of our offering is our huge range of DIY ceramics which is available to the public to paint – everyday!
You can also make your very own clay creations AND if you really want to get messy, try your hand at our DIY pottery wheel hire!
It is a fun activity for suitable for kids and adults, great fun all year around! Make your own special keepsake such as baby footprints, hand prints, special birthday gifts, mothers day, fathers day or Christmas gifts!

Special events and classes
We do workshops. We do A LOT of workshops! We believe art have immense healing properties and boosts creative thinking, self esteem and feelings of love. To us, its the process of making art that is important, not the end product. That is why a lot of our workshops is suitable for all skill levels.
Our workshops consist of watercolour painting, clay classes, painting, mixed media, acrylic painting and much more. You can view all our workshops here.
We can tailor all our workshops for corporate events and have hosted workshops for clients such as The dept of health, The Australian Defence force, The salvation army and more.
